The southern end of Palm Peach is protected and sheltered from most winds and it's easy to see why the locals love the tidal pool. Also, its a wonderful retreat for day trippers. Barrenjoey Lighthouse is off to the left and Killcare, on the central coast, can be seen in the fare distance.

It was always my intention to photograph the pool looking back towards the beach but, the beautiful reflective nature and the powerful composition, of this angle, was too hard to resist.
