Perfect Waves
July was great last year, with perfect waves every weekend - Handed up on a silver platter. It made the 9 to 5 almost seem worthwhile.....

One of those classic winter days with a light off shore and perfect lines marching in from the horizon - The image that lingers in the back of every surfers mind.
The use of a wide angle lens stretches out the line-up and adds to the balance and drama, in this expansive panorama. The surfer in the distant grinding tube understands there is zero margin for error at L.A. and, when the waves are big, experienced locals have priority. That’s the pecking order.
