Located just 10 meters south of Avalon tidal rock pool, it's another world.... Shooting directly into the sun is a real challenge but well worth the effort. Back lighting adds to the depth, dimension, movement and beautiful mood to this astounding and lively panorama. This inspiring photograph is so close, and so real, that it doesn't take a great leap of imagination to put yourself on the same rock I was sitting on. When I look at this image I can still feel the warmth of the early morning sun and I can still smell the salt spray in the air and I can still feel the cool rush of the ocean over my feet....
